Shipping policy

Standard shipping is 5-7 business days. (Not including holidays or weekends).
• Orders are shipped through UPS/FedEx/USPS. Once order has shipped , you will receive an email with the tracking number. Please allow 24-48 hours for your tracking to update. 

•Prestige Hair Weave is not responsible for any delays due to shipping companies such as UPS/FedEx/USPS. Please place order in advance in case of any delays. 

•Prestige Hair Weave is not responsible for any delayed, lost or stolen packages. Once item is shipped and tracking number is sent to customer’s email, it is the customer’s responsibility to track and to be updated on the location. 

 

Drop off Delivery Policy 

All on hand items must first be ordered through website.

📍Delivery Drop-offs are available in the Phoenix metropolitan area ONLY 

Please keep in mind that all on hand bundles/ wigs are sold daily so items can be limited on sizes and textures so please understand that NOT all orders can be fulfilled and dropped off to customer same day.
