Terms of service

We only replace items if they are defective or damaged. If you need to exchange it for the same item, send us an email at sales@prestigehairwave.com and we’ll provide an address where you can send the hair back too.  

If you are not 100% satisfied with the product that you have received, you may exchange it for a different product within 7 days of receiving it IF you meet all the requirements as follows.

  • Merchandise must be returned in its original state. Hair that has been worn or used in any way, dyed or bleached, has damaged wefts, length or volume modified, or has any alterations done will not be accepted for return or exchange.
  • Seal must NOT be tampered with in any way. (Unsealed, ripped, etc.)
  • Product must be in original packaging.
  • Must be within the allotted time period of 7 days after receiving merchandise.
  • After 7 days no exchanges will be allowed

Prestige Hair Wave has the right to refuse the exchange of any product if the above conditions are not met.

Customers are responsible for all shipping costs (shipping to you and any return shipping to us).

NOTE: WE DO NOT ACCEPT RETURN THAT ARE OVER 7 DAYS OLD AND USED HAIR

No refunds, all sales are final.

A product must be exchanged for something of equal or greater value.
